Projects
The ones we’ll admit to. Each is its own concern and lives at its own address; none of them are for sale, and one of them is a joke that got out of hand.
on larping
A game about the human work beneath fantasy play.
A collection of small, changing games about what makes fantasy play work: committing to the bit, reading the room, negotiating the rules, and making an imagined world real for someone else.
Marble Magnificence
An isometric marble roller that keeps derailing into other games.
A marble, a mountain, ninety seconds. Falling off the edge costs about a second and a half and is, frankly, the best part. Partway down the track stops being a track — it becomes a bowling lane, then a side-scroller, then a turn-based duel with a gargoyle. Native Swift, no game engine, a hand-written 120 Hz sphere solver, SceneKit doing the drawing. It is a goofy toy, not a skill gauntlet.
RefusalGPT
Enterprise non-compliance.
The last model you'll ever need to not do anything. Competing assistants are evaluated on how often they help; we removed the variable. Deterministic refusals, latency bounded at O(1), zero data retention on account of there being no output to retain, and a guaranteed 100.00% denial rate. One customer cut their token spend by one hundred percent.
